Recent Successes
Celebration of Life Events-2017:
Net proceeds from this event went directly to Sheriff Demings Community Outreach Program "Operation RISE", Evans High School after school life learning community programs and the Police Academy League to support the areas of Dropout Prevention, Youth Education focusing on Teenage Pregnancy, and Community Crime i.e. Gun Violence and Elderly Home Invasion prevention. (
The goal was to raise funds, then direct resources where they were needed that would impact the lives of our youth.  We achieved a very simple outcome from this project.

  1. Raised youth awareness about teen pregnancy
  1. Assisted in curbing violence and crime and understanding the importance of getting an education to break the cycle of poverty.

  1. Contributed $11,000.  The funds were used to keep kids off the streets being idol, and kept three (3) Middle School and one High School basketball gyms and one High School swimming pool open and staffed for the balance of the summer until this week when School re-opened.

YMCA Camp Wewa is a Summer Resident Camp and year-round Outdoor Education facility operated by the YMCA of Central FL.
We believe children and youth have a fully immersive opportunity to build new lifelong friendships, develop skills in the outdoors, and discover their ‚??Self‚??.
YMCA Camp Wewa provides a safe and exciting environment for children and youth to grow in body, mind and spirit through our transformative approach to teaching athletic, camping, artistic and leadership skills to children aged 8-17.

  2. Helping The Families of Dominica Republic
Our recent visits to the Dominica Republic opened our eyes of how good we Americans have it and how spoiled we are. We need to help them more with food and medical attention.
Many families have nothing and live in worse than poverty conditions with sickness and hunger. We have made it our mission to help as many families as we can and ask for your assistance with donations.
St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Mount Dora Florida, with its limited resources, has annual mission trips to Dominica Republic to build homes, class rooms and provide medical care to some areas in need. This is good but not enough. We assure you with your donation’s, food will be purchased here in America and shipped to churches in the Dominica Republic to be distributed monthly. Send in a donation now!
